Research Use Agreement

By purchasing any products from this website, the Buyer agrees to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and restrictions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use any products from this store.

1. Intended Use: Strictly for Laboratory Research

1.1. All products sold by this website, including but not limited to GLP-1 Research Compounds, Bioregulators & Repair Peptides, GHRH / GHRP Peptides, and Cell & DNA Research compounds, are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research, development, and scientific evaluation purposes. 1.2. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE. These products are absolutely not intended, labeled, or authorized for human consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic use, cosmetic applications, or administration to domestic or food-producing animals. 1.3. The Buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans.

2. Buyer Representation and Qualifications

By placing an order, the Buyer expressly represents, warrants, and guarantees the following:

  • Age Requirement: The Buyer is at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

  • Professional Competence: The Buyer possesses the necessary institutional affiliations, training, safety equipment, and technical knowledge to handle, store, and utilize these chemical substances safely in a controlled laboratory environment.

  • Compliance with Laws: The Buyer will handle and use the products in strict compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines.

3. Misuse and Account Termination

3.1. This company strictly prohibits any communication, implication, or suggestion of human or animal administration, dosing protocols, or clinical application regarding these research compounds. 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and permanently terminate the account of any customer if we suspect, or have evidence of, the intent to misuse, resell for human use, or mishandle these compounds outside of a valid research framework.

4. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

4.1. Products are warranted only to meet the chemical specifications and purity levels specified on the label or corresponding Certificate of Analysis (CoA). No other warranties of any kind, express or implied—including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are provided. 4.2. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to health complications, product loss, or regulatory fines) arising from the purchase, handling, misuse, or proper use of these products.

5. Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and legal fees resulting from:

  • The Buyer's handling, storage, or use of the products.

  • Any breach of this agreement by the Buyer.

  • Any negligence, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of the products by the Buyer or any third party acting on the Buyer’s behalf.

6. Hazardous Materials and Storage

6.1. The Buyer acknowledges that some compounds may be inherently hazardous if mishandled. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to reference Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), implement appropriate laboratory safety protocols, and store the products at recommended temperatures (e.g., refrigeration or deep freeze) to maintain stability.
